RIRI - Moulding machines Only when the results of the tests and quality controls correspond to our
high standards, the product is ready for careful packing. RIRI does not underestimate the importance of this last stage, to ensure
that every part produced within such narrow limits of tolerance will reach
its final destination, the customer, in a perfect condition, even after travelling
for thousands miles.
The quality of our products starts with the raw material, which is not a simple
generic aluminium alloy. Instead it has extra elements giving the parts specific
characteristics in keeping with the use for which they are designed. And there
is more to it than that. The excellent results obtained at the end of the production
cycle are due to a careful sequence which includes "vacuum" moulding
to guarantee homogenous castings, increasing the level of resistance and the
reliability of our components.
